Email addresses

If you provide an email address for a Watch For Me assignment, ManyBriefs uses it to send the reports or notifications you requested and to operate that assignment. If you voluntarily include an email address in feedback, it may be used to respond to you.

We do not sell or rent email addresses. We do not use an email address submitted for a Watch For Me assignment to add you to an unrelated marketing list.

Information ManyBriefs handles

ManyBriefs may process the source or channel you ask Clark to watch, scheduling information, your optional notification email address, and information you voluntarily submit through feedback. Some preferences and brief information may also be stored locally in your browser.

How information is used

We use this information to provide ManyBriefs, schedule and deliver requested reports, respond to feedback, maintain and improve the service, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot problems.

Service providers and third-party sources

ManyBriefs may use hosting, email-delivery, artificial-intelligence, video, transcript, and other service providers to perform requested functions. Information necessary to provide a feature may be processed by those providers. When you ask ManyBriefs to work with third-party content, the third party's own terms and privacy practices may also apply.

Retention and your choices

Information may be retained as reasonably necessary to provide scheduled assignments, maintain the service, resolve problems, comply with legal obligations, and protect the service. You can stop using an optional email notification. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with an email address, contact info@prolerts.com. Some information may need to be retained when required for legal, security, or operational reasons.

Security

We use reasonable measures intended to protect information, but no Internet service or method of storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated as ManyBriefs changes. The effective date above shows when this version took effect.
